We, the above two sponsors, understand the eligibility requirements as printed within the NOTR Constitution and By-Laws, ARTICLE IV, Sections 1-7. I hereby swear that this potential member meets these requirements and that he has been approved by my Dugout to be accepted as a member or I request that Imperial place said eligible member in the At-Large Dugout until said member can request his transfer into another Dugout.

I understand that to falsely sponsor or to violate the NOTR ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS MEANS EXPULSION FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. I further understand that I must be present to take my Scavvie though the initiation. Failure to do such will make him ineligible for the 3^rd Degree.
