Regalia:
The Black Fez is the symbol of the Royal Colony. This fez is authorized for wear by all Royal Colony members if this is the highest rank they have attained within the National Order of Trench Rats. The Black Fez is authorized for wear at all Royal Colony meetings except at the Imperial Rendezvous held in conjunction with the Disabled American Veterans National Convention. The Black Fez may be worn at Dugout and Sector meetings only upon approval of the individual Districts. The Black Fez may also be worn at the NOTR Mid-Winter Rendezvous where the elections and installation of Royal Colony Officers is held.
